ICTS Hellas has been awarded the Silver Prize in the HR Awards 2016, having been honored for its participation in the category “Most Innovative Use of Technology in HR”. The award was received by ICTS Hellas’ HR & Administration Manager Mr Christos Maniatopoulos in the awards ceremony that took place on Wednesday 14th December, at the Athenaeum Intercontinental Hotel in Athens. It has been the second HR award for the company, after the Golden Prize it had been awarded in the Greek HR Excellence Awards 2016 for “Technology in HR”. The total of 34 award winners included major corporations and NGOs with international presence.
The evaluating committee – consisted of academics and professional unions’ representatives – has thoroughly evaluated the documentation submitted by each participant and has made its judgments based on criteria as innovation, organizational impact, improvement on employees’ daily routine and satisfaction of operational needs in HR. Through its proposal, ICTS Hellas has convincingly presented the case of integrated IT systems for the recruitment, selection, development, compensation and briefing of employees.
“I would like to congratulate all of our people, who have worked on a project that not only meets every aspect of HR management but also reasserts our promise to innovation at all levels of our operations. This prize is dedicated to our colleagues in ICTS worldwide, who are committed to securing each and every individual at all times!”, said Mr Christos Maniatopoulos, HR & Administration Manager, ICTS Hellas.
