This Digital HR Award, part of the Future of HR Awards, celebrates innovation and digitalisation within the human resources sector. 

 

Aerowork was created in 2022 with the aim to promote careers within the aviation sector, with a particular focus on Paris Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly Airports. ICTS France, Aéroports de Paris and multiple other service providers working for the French airports are all member organisations.

The mission of Aerowork is to offer all job seekers, regardless of their level of education and experience, the possibility of finding employment within the airport community. Aerowork launched numerous successful local recruitment campaigns to fill airport vacancies.
